Cancellation Policy
Appointments are very important to ESS.
The time is reserved especially for you, though we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any cancellation made less than 24-hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the starting price of the reserved appointment. NO SHOWS will be charged 90% of the service amount, and a deposit will be required for all future appointments.
As always, we will try our best to accommodate you if you're running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. If you will be more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, you may have to forgo parts of the service you have scheduled, in order to keep it within the time allotted for you, or you may reschedule the appointment for a different time which will result in a cancellation fee applying.
